30-day returns
We want you to love your CloudTuck. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email us at cloudtuck.contact@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition, clean, with the controller and all parts included.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
EU and UK customers
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, or your legal warranty rights.
